All rates are per villa, per night, minimum three (3) nights stay in Regular and High Seasons and minimum five (5) night stay in Peak Season. All rates subject to 11% Government Tax.Rates. Villas are designed to accommodate 2 people per bedroom. Additional beds are available upon request with a maximum of three people per bedroom.

Rates Includes

  Additional vehicles required due to size of luggage or extra people will be charged at prevailing rates.

Method of Payment

• Deposit of 50% is required to secure booking
• Balance in full must be paid 30 days prior to arrival
• No charge for cancellation 45 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival 25% of the total payment will be charged
• Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of total payment will be charged
• No show guests, payment in full is still required
• Payment by cash ( US$, Japanese Yen, Indonesia Rupiah or AUS$ ), or credit card ( VISA, Master Card only )
• A surcharge of 3% applies to payment by credit card
